General Director of Rosseti Centre - the managing organization of Rosseti Centre and Volga region, Igor Makovskiy, as part of a working trip to the Kirov region, inspected the base of the Kirov City Distribution Zone of the Kirovenergo branch.
Operational and maintenance personnel of the Distribution Zone ensure the reliability and quality of power supply to consumers in the capital of the region, serving 20 substations of 110 and 35 kV around the clock. Among them is a modern power supply centre – the 110/35/10 kV substation “Urvantsevo”, constructed only on domestic equipment and technologies.
In continuation of the work in the region, a meeting was held between the head of the energy companies and Acting Governor of the Kirov Region Alexander Sokolov. The parties discussed the preparation of Kirovenergo for the trouble-free passage of the heating season. All work in this area will be completed by 1 October.
A separate topic was the implementation of the project for festive lighting for the 650th anniversary of the city of Kirov. Please, be reminded that in June 2022, at the St. Petersburg International Economic Forum, an agreement on long-term cooperation was signed between the Government of the Kirov Region and Rosseti Centre, PJSC, under which the power engineers will decorate the city for the holiday.
“The main goal of our work remains unchanged – improving the reliability and quality of power supply to consumers. In addition, Kirovenergo’s specialists have all the necessary competencies to timely fulfill their obligations to implement the festive lighting of the city so that Kirov celebrates its 650th anniversary in all its glory. I am sure that the result will please residents of the region and will become the hallmark of the Kirov power industry,” stressed Igor Makovsky, General Director of Rosseti Centre and Rosseti Centre and Volga region.
