Specialists of Rosseti Centre and Rosseti Centre and Volga region made presentations at the International Conference on the Development of the Electric Grid Complex

19 July 2022 The Moscow World Trade Centre hosted the 7th International Scientific and Technical Conference “Development and Improvement of the Reliability of Distribution Electric Grids”. Rosseti Centre, PJSC - the managing organization of Rosseti Centre and Volga region, PJSC was represented at the event by two specialists.

Vitaly Akulichev, Deputy General Director for Digital Transformation of Rosseti Centre, PJSC, spoke about the practical results of the development of technologies for energy storage systems. To date, the Companies have implemented 35 projects in this area. Such effects of the introduction of energy storage systems have already been obtained, such as maintaining the quality of electricity in 0.4 kV overhead lines, increasing the category of electricity supply and reserving socially significant facilities. 

Andrey Bugorsky, Head of the Department for Sale of Services and Electricity Metering of Rosseti Centre, PJSC, presented a report on the topic “Results of the implementation of a software package for identifying non-metered volumes of electricity”. It was noted that even today the “Radar” software has allowed to reduce the level of non-technical losses of electricity and increase the productivity of personnel. 

“We continue actively implementing the most modern domestic developments into our daily activities. They make it possible to standardize processes, bring their efficiency and manageability to a new level, and, as a result, ensure the stable functioning of the power grid complex,” stressed Igor Makovskiy, General Director of Rosseti Centre and Rosseti Centre and Volga region.
