The event was attended by 55 representatives of the executive office and branches of Rosseti Centre, PJSC and Rosseti Centre and Volga region, PJSC, selected from more than 57 thousand employees of the Companies. The goal of the “Strategic Dialogue 2022” training and practice program is to form a Change Team - a group of managers who will have all the necessary tools to work in the energy sector of tomorrow.
During 3 educational modules, the participants underwent trainings, worked in groups and developed projects for the strategic development of the companies. As a result, 8 initiatives in the field of client, intra-corporate and inter-industry services were submitted for consideration.
The event was moderated by a well-known specialist in holding strategic sessions and development programs, an expert in change management, Vladimir Solovyov, who noted: “You can get a real result only when a company has a clear understanding of the goal, proactive employees and high motivation. Rosseti Centre and Rosseti Centre and Volga region are a team of qualified specialists who have all these qualities. And most importantly, everything you do has real value for society.”
Andrey Shishakov, a Russian business coach, professor at the Moscow School of Management SKOLKOVO, also spoke at the event.

Today we saw very interesting developments - the result of the joint work of diverse specialists, so they are distinguished by deep, comprehensive study and structure. Thanks to them, today we can clearly imagine the future of the energy industry, see specific development prospects,” stressed Igor Makovskiy, General Director of Rosseti Centre, PJSC - the managing organization of Rosseti Centre and Volga region, PJSC.
