This year, about 500 students of higher and secondary vocational educational institutions will work at power facilities of Rosseti Centre, PJSC and Rosseti Centre and Volga region, PJSC.
Commanders of 41 student teams received work vouchers at the ceremonial assembly. Construction team members are officially employed, provided with overalls and dress uniforms. Before starting work, all of them will be trained in labour protection and safety. Each team member will be assigned a mentor from among experienced employees of the company.
The students will work in Distribution Zones, take part in inspection and repair of electrical equipment, as well as in conducting career guidance events and electrical safety lessons in children’s health camps.
“In the next month and a half, the guys will have to learn a lot of new things, and most importantly, to take an important step from theory to practice. Acquaintance with the profession of a power engineer is not the only thing that awaits the student team members. For them, useful leisure and an extensive cultural program are traditionally planned. I wish everyone to spend this time with benefit!” Igor Makovskiy stressed.
