Power engineers of Russia together with the government of the Belgorod region sent a humanitarian convoy with a large batch of power equipment to the Kharkov region

4 July 2022 A convoy of 10 vehicles, accompanied by military police and employees of the Main Directorate of the Russian Emergencies Ministry for the Belgorod Region, delivered 167 tons of humanitarian aid.

The cargo includes poles and wires of power lines, insulators, clamps, high-voltage bushings and other power equipment, as well as auto parts and 25 tons of transformer oil. The equipment and consumables are designed to restore the normal power supply scheme and carry out emergency response work. For example, oil is needed to restore transformers at substations in the cities of Izyum and Balakleya.

The humanitarian cargo was delivered to the enterprises responsible for the power supply of the Kupyansky, Izyumsky and Balakleysky districts of the Kharkiv region.

Please, be reminded that in the period from 21 May to 10 June of the current year, as part of the execution of the order of the Government of the Russian Federation, power engineers of PJSC Rosseti, including Belgorod ones, restored the historical energy bridge between the power supply systems of the Belgorod and Kharkov regions. Thanks to this, 400 thousand people were provided with electricity in the Kupyansky, Volchansky, Borovsky, Shevchenkovsky, Izyumsky, Balakleysky, Dvurechansky, Velikoburluksky, Pechenezhsky and Dergachevsky districts.
