As part of a business trip to the border areas of the Bryansk, Kursk, Belgorod and Voronezh regions, General Director of Rosseti Centre, PJSC - the managing organization of Rosseti Centre and Volga region, PJSC Igor Makovskiy visited the Shebekinsky Distribution Zone.
Specialists of the Distribution Zone reported to the head of the company on the readiness of emergency recovery crews to work in any emergency situations, demonstrated an emergency supply of equipment and materials, and availability of backup power supply sources.
Then General Director congratulated the beautiful half of the staff of the Distribution Zone on the upcoming International Women’s Day.
On the same day, representatives of Voronezhenergo, on behalf of the head of the company, congratulated the women of the sponsored temporary accommodation centre for residents of the Donetsk and Lugansk People’s Republics in the Talovsky district of the Voronezh region on the holiday. There are 99 people living here now - 47 women and girls. Also, another batch of necessary humanitarian aid was handed over: bedding sets, teapots and stationery.
“Energy is considered a male profession, but today it cannot be imagined without women. On your fragile shoulders, you bear a huge responsibility, sharing the brunt of the profession on an equal footing with men. In temporary accommodation centres, women endure isolation from home, take care of their loved ones, while continuing to give warmth and fill the world with spiritual light. I congratulate all women on the holiday and wish them health, joy, strength and well-being!” said Igor Makovskiy.
