The event, which is taking place at the Sberbank Corporate University, is attended by representatives of the Executive Office and branches of the Company. The purpose of the practical training program is to form the Team of Changes 2030 of Rosseti Centre, PJSC - the managing organization of Rosseti Centre and Volga region, PJSC.
In his welcoming speech, General Director of the energy company Igor Makovskiy stressed that today it is very important to develop such key areas as professional knowledge, competencies in the field of digital technologies and the so-called “Flexible skills”. The head of the Company noted that the professional competence of power engineers in the performance of official duties constantly grows. Knowledge is deepened through project initiatives and implementation of digital transformation. But “Flexible skills” are effective communication building, organizing your own time, creative thinking, prompt decision-making and taking responsibility, will just be strengthened within the framework of training under this Program.
During three days, the participants will undergo training, work in groups and present their projects. The event is moderated by Andrey Shishakov, a Russian strategist. Business consultant Artem Voronchikhin and professor, expert in the field of skills and models of education of the future Pavel Luksha will talk about the principles of strategic management and project activities.

That is why we must work at a faster pace so that the company changes dynamically and in a balanced manner. This training program will help us shape the vision of the Company in 2030. Of course, we must do this proceeding from a customer focus approach, that is, taking into account the interests of electricity consumers, residents of the regions where we operate and our employees,” stressed Igor Makovskiy, General Director of Rosseti Centre and Rosseti Centre and Volga region.
