As part of a weekly operational meeting chaired by the head of the energy companies, First Deputy General Director for Economics and Finance Artem Aleshin reported on the financial performance of the Companies for the first half of 2021. He said that the companies finished 6 months with positive results, increasing their net income. This allows to award employees of organizations for high achievements in work.
General Director of Rosseti Centre and Rosseti Center and Volga Region set the task to make a one-time cash payment within 24 hours to all categories of personnel of branches and subsidiaries, with the exception of top management. More than 54,000 employees will receive it.
The basic payment will be 5,000 rubles, and an additional 2,500 rubles will be paid to employees of three branches, which are recognized as the best in the consolidated rating - Belgorodenergo, Vladimirenergo and Kalugaenergo. In addition, Voronezhenergo’s personnel will receive 2,500 rubles each for the most effective work in the development of value-added services and a high level of customer focus.
“Our main resource is our employees. We constantly improve the social policy of the companies, create the most comfortable conditions for work and rest, pay benefits and allowances, and have established a system of permanent bonuses. August is one of the most expensive months for families with children. The additional cash payment will be a support in the midst of vacations and on the eve of the start of the new academic year,” stressed Igor Makovskiy, General Director of Rosseti Centre and Rosseti Center and Volga Region.
