Today, on 3 June 2021, within the framework of the St. Petersburg International Economic Forum, General Director of Rosseti Centre Igor Makovskiy and Acting Governor of the Belgorod Region Vyacheslav Gladkov signed an agreement on strategic cooperation aimed at improving the quality and efficiency of decisions made in the interests of residents of the region.
Power engineers will provide the material and technical base, technologies and accumulated positive experience for the implementation of the project, will directly participate in the launch of a single regional information and analytical platform. The parties also agreed on the timing of a set of measures to create an effective model of regional management.
“The agreement that we signed with Rosseti Centre will allow us to introduce a new format of the regional management infrastructure. Of course, the Belgorod region is a fairly prosperous region from the point of view of a federally integrated and regional economy. But what we have now agreed on is a completely new format of the economy. Well-built interaction will allow us to solve the problems faced by our residents in a different way. We will create a mechanism that will allow us to see the problems on a completely different scale. Not just optimizing work, but really managing the region at a different level. We get the opportunity to save resources - this is the most valuable thing,” commented Vyacheslav Gladkov, Acting Governor of the Belgorod Region.
“In recent years, our company has implemented several large projects to create high-tech facilities to improve the reliability and availability of the power grid infrastructure. We have competencies that can be useful in other spheres of life in the region. The agreements reached today will help improve the system of responding to population requests and, of course, will have a direct impact on increasing the level of comfort and safety of residents and guests of the Belgorod region,” stressed Igor Makovskiy, General Director of Rosseti Centre - the managing organization of Rosseti Centre and Volga Region.
