Andrey Mayorov and Igor Makovskiy handed keys to 30 new UAZ crew vehicles to Tver power engineers

⁠First Deputy Director General - Chief Engineer of Rosseti Andrey Mayorov and Head of Rosseti Centre - the managing organization of Rosseti Centre and Volga Region Igor Makovskiy are on a working trip to the Tver region today. They visited the Kalininsky Distribution Zone, where they met with its employees. Since the beginning of the year, the fleet of “Rosseti Centre Tverenergo” has been replenished with 85 new vehicles. In the coming weeks, another 178 Russian-made vehicles will be delivered.

The cars of the Ulyanovsk plant are used to deliver crews and equipment to a place of restoration work. Also, there will be auto-hydraulic lifts, wheeled all-terrain vehicles, an electrical laboratory, crew vehicles on the GAZ and KAMAZ chassis, trailers.

“Often you spend more time on the road with your equipment than at home. It is part of your working family. Therefore, you need to carefully monitor its condition, carry out maintenance in a timely manner. Congratulations on your new fleet. I wish that trips are only planned, and if emergency recovery does occur, they should be completed as soon as possible. Good luck and all the best!” Andrey Mayorov, First Deputy Director General - Chief Engineer of Rosseti’s Group of Companies, addressed the chief engineers of the Distribution Zone.
“Ensuring the reliability of power supply to consumers depends not only on the professionalism of power engineers, but also on the availability of specialized vehicles. It is these two components that allow us to respond quickly to emergency situations and effectively solve production problems. The today’s event is another step towards improving the material and technical base of Tverenergo, which is systematically carried out by the management of Rosseti’s Group of Companies,” commented Igor Makovskiy, Head of Rosseti Centre - the managing organization of Rosseti Centre and Volga Region, on the handing over of the keys to the new cars.
