Power engineers of the Tver branch of Rosseti Centre restored power supply in large settlements

⁠Rosseti Centre’s employees continue to eliminate technological violations in power grids of the Tver region caused by a powerful cyclone that night. At present, power supply has been restored to about 70% of affected consumers.

The remaining consumers in the Zapadnodvinsky, Toropetsky, Ostashkovsky, Vyshnevolotsky and Bezhetsky districts of the Tver region will be supplied in the near future.

The power engineers were transferred to a special operating mode in advance and were provided with all the necessary forces and means to eliminate technological violations.

To eliminate technological violations, 70 crews of the branch were involved, consisting of 296 people and 92 specialized vehicles, as well as sources of backup power supply. Also, by decision of the company’s management, the redeployment of the forces and means was made to strengthen problem areas and speed up the course of emergency recovery measures. In addition, 56 crews, 321 people and 63 vehicles were mobilized from other regions.

Immediate interaction with forces of the Ministry of Emergency Situations in the Tver region, the leadership of municipalities was organized. The power engineers of Rosseti Centre will continue to work until the full restoration of power supply to consumers.
