To do this, the consumer must register by specifying the user category, mailing address, username and password. And after activation - add a connection facility, fill out a special application form and attach copies of documents.

An application for installation or replacement of an electricity meter, support of grid connections, increase in capacity, other services, to ask a question or leave a request regarding quality of electricity supply, can be submitted on the sites of Rosseti Centre and Rosseti Centre and Volga Region in the section “Clients”. It is also possible to apply for the companies’ services through the mobile application of Rosseti’s Group of Companies.
