The Rosseti Centre company appealed to Voronezh residents through “Mayak” with a request to observe self-isolation

3 April 2020

On the evening of 2 April, a running line appeared on the stylized “Mayak” pole in Voronezh instead of the usual highlight: “Take care! Stay home!". Such an appeal to the residents of the capital of the Black Earth Region was made by power engineers of Rosseti Centre - the managing organization of Rosseti Centre and Volga Region.

The “Mayak” was solemnly commissioned in early February by the head of Rosseti’s Group of Companies Pavel Livinskiy and Governor of the Voronezh region Alexander Gusev. For two months, the stylized pole, reminiscent of the fact that Voronezh is the cradle of the Russian Navy, organically fit into the landscape of the city and became a real attraction. Now, the power engineers used the unique capabilities of the electric grid “art object” for a socially significant action.

“Even at the stage of project development, we believed that our “Mayak” will always indicate the right direction. And today, when the power engineers in all branches of Rosseti Centre and Rosseti Centre and Volga are on duty around the clock, it gives the citizens the right signal. It urges in this difficult time to take care of their health, to observe all the rules necessary in such cases,” stressed Igor Makovskiy, General Director of Rosseti Centre - the managing organization of Rosseti Centre and Volga Region.

Currently, in most regions of the operational responsibility of Rosseti Centre and Volga Region, a self-isolation regime for citizens is in effect. The power engineers are making every effort to provide reliable and uninterrupted power supply to residential buildings and life support facilities, as well as provide remote services to consumers at a high-quality level.

For round-the-clock communication with consumers, there is a direct line of Rosseti Centre and Rosseti Centre and Volga Region - the single multi-channel telephone at 8-800-5050-115 (the call is toll-free). Consumers of Rosseti Centre and Rosseti Centre and Volga Region can learn about planned power outages on the websites of the companies, or through the Viber application, by sending a text message to the numbers +7 (915) 38-000-38 and +7 (920) 05-05-777, respectively. You can apply for provision of services on the websites of the companies and in the Unified portal of electric grid services “Portal-TP.RF”.
