You can apply for the provision of services in electronic form through your personal account on the official website of the company at and the TP.RF portal портал-тп.рф, as well as in Rosseti’s mobile application.

You can also find out about the reasons for the lack of electricity and the planned timing of the restoration of electricity supply on the company’s website at in the sections “Information about outages” (report outages) and “Special projects” (the banner “Transmission of messages about outages”), or through the Viber application by sending a text message to the number +7 (915) 38-000-38.

For round-the-clock communication with customers, Rosseti Centre’s direct line operates - the single multi-channel telephone at 8-800-5050-115 (toll-free), short number 13-50 (from landline phones).
