An information exchange was organized with the territorial divisions of the Ministry of Emergencies and executive authorities. Operating and repair personnel has been mobilized.

In order to assist in eliminating consequences of possible mass blackouts of power grid facilities and interruption of energy supply to consumers, Igor Makovskiy decided to send crews of the power line and distribution grid service of Rosseti Centre’s branches to the Tverenergo branch.
