Governor of the Tula region Alexey Dyumin visited the branch “Rosseti Centre and Volga Region Tulenergo”. The head of the region got acquainted with the work of the new Grid Control Centre.
The Tula region has become one of the pilot regions in the service area of the holding, where one of the key projects of Rosseti’s digital transformation concept for the creation of modern Grid Control Centres is being implemented.
“All the new facilities of Rosseti are in many ways unique to the domestic electric power industry. The new centre in Tula, like in a number of other entities commissioned in 2019, allows you to monitor the operation of the grid complex in real time and respond more quickly to the slightest disruptions in the grid,” earlier noted Pavel Livinsky, Director General of the Rosseti company.
During the working visit to the branch, Alexey Dyumin held a working meeting.
It discussed the issues of debt to power supply organizations. And also - the creation of the first in Russia memorial complex to power engineers - heroes of the Great Patriotic War. The Rosseti company will build it in Tula as part of the celebration of the 75th anniversary of the Victory.
“This memorial is a memory of people who, not sparing themselves, did everything to ensure that defense enterprises worked. Thank you for implementing such a project,” said Alexey Dyumin.
Igor Makovskiy informed Alexey Dyumin about the consolidation of JSC “Tula City Electric Grids”. The project will make it possible, first of all, to implement a unified technical policy throughout the power grid vertical, from the region to the city and the district, which will positively affect the quality and reliability of power supply to consumers, as well as the availability of services rendered.
Alexey Dyumin thanked the management of PJSC Rosseti and personally Chairman of the Management Board, General Director of the company Pavel Livinskiy for cooperation in the implementation of significant projects.
