To ensure uninterrupted power supply to consumers, the companies took all necessary measures. The duty of dispatch and technical services, employees of operating and repair crews, duty officers of substations of branches and managers was organized.
In order to avoid cases of consumers disconnecting during the holidays, the most reliable power supply scheme will be supported: all types of work on the existing equipment of electric grid facilities are suspended, except for restoration work, for which highly passable vehicles, tools, materials and protective equipment have been prepared.
In advance, on the eve of the holidays, in order to prevent situations of blackout to consumers, the experts of both energy companies checked the technical condition of the equipment and emergency control equipment, the presence of an emergency supply of materials, the availability of backup sources of the power supply system. In addition, supplementary measures were taken to enhance fire safety, the fire status of industrial and domestic premises, auxiliary and household buildings and structures, mobile repair shops and crew vehicles was checked.
To promptly eliminate technological violations, in the event of their occurrence, in the operation of the energy systems of 20 regions of the service area of Rosseti Centre and Rosseti Centre and Volga Region, a communication scheme and a procedure for interaction with services of the Ministry of Emergency Situations, territorial divisions of Rostekhnadzor, executive authorities and local self-government, operating companies of PJSC Rosseti and other territorial power grid organizations were developed. The operational readiness of all communications and technological dispatch control systems has been verified.
If necessary, 2,943 crews consisting of 12,848 people, 4,375 automotive and specialized vehicles, as well as resources of contracting organizations can be involved in the elimination of technological violations in all branches of the energy companies. Also, at their disposal there are reserve sources of power supply, which can be used to temporarily supply power, primarily to socially significant facilities in the regions.

Using the Portal “Light Country”, consumers can leave messages about problems associated with a power outage, fluctuation or low voltage, defects in operation of electrical equipment. Messages about problems are processed centrally, in the unified moderation service of PJSC Rosseti.
