On 22 November, Moscow hosted a working meeting between the head of the Tula region Alexey Dyumin, Director General of the company Rosseti Pavel Livinskiy and General Director of Rosseti Centre - the managing organization of Rosseti Centre and Volga Region Igor Makovskiy. Issues of the autumn-winter period, perspective development and digital transformation of the region’s electric grid complex were discussed.
During the meeting, the successful interaction of the Government of the Tula region and Rosseti Centre and Volga Region (managed by Rosseti Centre), aimed at building a modern high-tech electric power complex, was noted. This is one of the most important determining factors for increasing investment attractiveness, enhancing industrial production and accelerating the pace of development of the region.
The parties considered topical issues of consolidation of electric grid assets, strengthening payment discipline, setup and maintenance of outdoor lighting in settlements of the region. Work in this direction will be continued.
Pavel Livinskiy paid special attention to the implementation of the large-scale project of Rosseti’s Group of Companies in honour of the 75th anniversary of the Victory in creating in Tula the country’s first memorial complex dedicated to power engineers - heroes of the Great Patriotic War of 1941-1945. Currently, employees of the companies Rosseti and Rosseti Centre and Volga Region have already carried out preparatory work on the site allocated by the authorities of the Tula region for its construction.
At the end of the meeting, the parties outlined concrete steps for further cooperation between the Government of the Tula region and Rosseti Centre and Volga Region in the development of the region’s electric grids, aimed at improving the reliability of power supply to consumers, increasing the investment climate and business development.
