Rosseti Centre is a winner of the XXII contest of annual reports organized by Moscow Exchange and the RСB media group

The annual report of Rosseti Centre (IDGC of Centre, PJSC) for 2018 became a winner of the XXII Annual contest of annual reports in the main nomination “Best annual report of the company with a capitalization of up to 40 billion rubles”.

The awarding ceremony of the XXII annual contest of annual reports, one of the most important events of the year in the field of corporate governance and investor relations, was held in Moscow. This year, 123 Russian and foreign companies became participants in the competition.

The jury of the competition, composed of 16 experts, traditionally evaluated the design and structure of the participants’ annual reports, the level of disclosure of information on activities and development prospects of the companies, compliance with current trends and the best practices. Evaluation criteria are based on compliance with the requirements of the Bank of Russia’s Code of Corporate Governance, the Practical Guidelines of IFRS “Management Comments”, the European Transparency Directive, and the British Financial Reporting Council “Guidance on the Strategic Report”.

The experts noted the quality of disclosure by Rosseti Centre of information about the company’s business, the presentation of the strategy, as well as a detailed analysis of financial results. According to the jury, the topics of the report are actively disclosed throughout the entire document, which is facilitated by the additional disclosure of projects using innovative and advanced technologies.

Earlier, the Company’s annual report for 2018 also won the gold award of the international LACP 2018 Vision Awards competition in the sector “Utilities – Electric”.
