Rosseti Centre - the managing organization of Rosseti Centre and Volga Region since the beginning of the year recovered from debtors about 850 million rubles, more than a thousand cases are pending in courts

Rosseti Centre - the managing organization of Rosseti Centre and Volga Region continues systematic work to reduce accounts receivable for electricity transmission services.

One of its most effective areas is the claim-related activity. In January-August, the volume of claims of the company satisfied by the courts amounted to 0.84 billion rubles. 0.18 billion rubles of this amount are requirements for electricity suppliers of last resort in the regions.

As of 1 September 2019, the total receivables of Rosseti Centre and Rosseti Centre and Volga Region for electricity transmission services amounted to 48.8 billion rubles, including 36.4 billion rubles in arrears, of which 33.2 billion rubles - overdue debts of suppliers of last resort. The companies continue to work to recover it. During this period, the courts of various instances dealt with 1,195 cases initiated by the legal unit of the companies to collect debts totalling 30.22 billion rubles, including 737 cases for a total amount of claims of 29.57 billion rubles regarding suppliers of last resort.

“Electricity transmission services are the main activity of Rosseti Centre and Rosseti Centre and Volga Region. Not only the financial and economic situation of both companies and the ability to implement their investment plans, including in terms of digital transformation, but also the reliability of electricity supply to consumers in 20 regions of the country depends on how faithfully our contractors fulfill their contractual obligations. We take all necessary measures to eliminate receivables - and they bring the desired effect,” stressed Igor Makovskiy, General Director of Rosseti Centre - the managing organization of Rosseti Centre and Volga Region.
