Rosseti Centre and Rosseti Centre and Volga Region summed up the implementation of the repair program in the first half of the year. The companies carry out a number of key activities of the document ahead of schedule.
During the indicated period, 6,922 transformer substations with a voltage of 0.4/6-10 kV and more than 26,996 thousand km of overhead and cable power lines of 0.4-110 kV were repaired, which is 105% and 105% of the plan on an accrual basis, respectively. Overhaul of 49 power transformers at substations of 35-110 kV was carried out. About 18,008 thousand hectares of routes of overhead lines were cleared (113% of the planned indicators on an accrual basis). 5.6 billion rubles were allocated for the implementation of these measures.
The main activities of the repair program start at the end of the next autumn-winter period, when it becomes possible to decommission a significant part of the equipment in need of repair, and will be completed by the end of September. Their main volume falls on the summer. At a number of large and significant facilities, work has already been completed. Among them are the 110 kV substations “Khvorostyanka” in the Lipetsk region, “Staleleteynaya” and “Aksinino” in the Bryansk region, “Undol” and “Murom” in the Vladimir region. Overhaul of two power transformers with a capacity of 10 MVA and 16 MVA was completed in June at the Tula 110/6 kV substation “Gremyache”.
The Lipetsk substation “Khvorostyanka” provides electricity to 80 settlements and about 18 thousand consumers in the region, including a chicken farm of OJSC Chicken Kingdom, which is part of the Cherkizovo group. The Bryansk “Aksinino” feeds the eponymous oil pumping station of the Transneft Druzhba oil trunk pipeline. Among the largest consumers of “Staleleteynaya” is the Bryansk Automobile Plant (part of Almaz-Antey Concern) and one of the largest manufacturers and suppliers of car casting in Russia - the Bezhitsa Steel Plant. The “Undol” and “Murom” substations supply more than 50 thousand consumers in the Vladimir region, including the famous Ferrero Russia confectionery factory and the Murommash machine-building plant, the largest industrial enterprise in the region. The “Gremyache” substation, located on the border of the Tula and Ryazan energy systems, provides power to agricultural enterprises and a number of socially significant facilities of Novomoskovsky district.
During 2019, 12,140 thousand transformer substations will be overhauled at Rosseti Centre and Rosseti Centre and Volga Region, as well as overhaul of 50.311 thousand kilometres of 0.4-110 kV overhead power lines (Conductors), within which they will replace 40.841 thousand poles. 28.4 thousand hectares of routes of overhead power lines of 0.4-110 kV will be cleared of woody and shrubby vegetation. 10.29 billion rubles will be allocated for the implementation of the repair program.
