Governor of the Orel region opened a new customer service office of Rosseti Centre

The branch “Rosseti Centre Orelenergo”* opened a new customer service centre. The customer office began its work in the administrative centre of Kromsky district - the urban-type settlement of Kromy.

Governor of the Orel region Andrey Klychkov, Chairman of the Orel Regional Council of People’s Deputies Leonid Muzalevskiy, Director of Orelenergo Yury Volchenkov took part in the grand opening of the customer service office in Kromy.

“We are satisfied with many years of fruitful cooperation with Rosseti Centre. The company constantly improves its interaction with people and enterprises of our region. The new office opening means that residents of our ancient city of Kromy, which celebrated its 860th anniversary in 2007, will receive new modern standards of service,” said Andrey Klychkov after familiarizing himself with the work of the new office.

The new centre fully complies with the requirements of service quality standards adopted by the Ministry of Energy of Russia.

Service in the client area is carried out according to the one contact principle. The room is equipped with comfortable waiting areas, information stands and desks for filling out documents. It offers visitors a meeting room with specialized experts of the branch. Customers can also use their personal account in the self-service terminal.

“We continue to work to improve the quality and accessibility of services, expand the geography of customer service centres. The start of the office operation in Kromy is another important step in this direction. Recently, in July, a new, modern customer service centre has been opened in one of our two million-plus cities - Voronezh,” General Director of Rosseti Centre - the managing organization of Rosseti Centre and Volga Region Igor Makovskiy commented on the opening of the new customer office.

In the new office, residents and business representatives can get all the necessary services, in particular, draw up documents for grid connection, apply for installation or replacement of metering devices, etc.
