25 July 2019

The Tambov branch of the company “Rosseti Centre” performed connection to the power grid of a new, modern production complex of the Saburovsky bread products plant. The capacity, which the production complex plans to consume, is about 1.2 MW.

To connect the new industrial complex, Rosseti Centre reconstructed the 35/10 kV “Samburovskaya” transformer substation, during which the company’s specialists replaced the current transformer and the electromechanical relay with more modern counterparts.

Enhancing the availability of the energy infrastructure is an important task facing the power engineers of Rosseti Centre. Business activity and business climate depend on the availability of connection to the power grid. Thanks to the launch of new industries, new jobs are being created, the well-being of the population is improving, and the socio-economic situation in the region is getting better.

“Understanding the importance of the tasks assigned to import substitution of agricultural products by the government, the power engineers of Rosseti Centre as a top priority ensure reliable energy supply to production facilities of domestic agricultural enterprises,” stressed General Director of Rosseti Centre - the managing organization of Rosseti Centre and Volga Region Igor Makovskiy.

Over the past few years, the implementation by the management of Rosseti Centre of measures to increase the availability of grid connection yielded tangible results. Only in the Tambov region, the company provided power to large enterprises, such as the livestock milk production complex in Uvarovsky district, the potato processing and storage complex in Morshansky district, the Ilovaiskaya poultry farm in Pervomaisky district, and a closed fish breeding complex for valuable breeds in Tambovsky district.

The Saburovsky bread products plant is the largest enterprise in the Tambov region. Upon reaching the design capacity, the company will accept for processing more than 30% of the total grain grown in the region. The company’s products comply with international quality standards and are supplied to many regions of Russia.
