Employees of Rosseti Centre and Rosseti Centre and Volga Region* will take part in the Interregional competitions of professional skills of personnel for repair and maintenance of distribution grids of subsidiaries of PJSC Rosseti, which will be held in the Leningrad region.
21 July 2019, in the training centre of PJSC Lenenergo (“Rosseti Lenenergo”) the grand opening of the All-Russian competition of professional skills among personnel for repair and maintenance of 0.4-10 kV distribution grids will be held. 15 teams from all over Russia will compete for the title of the best.
Rosseti Centre and Rosseti Centre and Volga Region will be represented by teams of the branches “Bryanskenergo” and “Marienergo”, which showed the best result among the crews of 20 branches of the power companies at the inter-regional stage of the competitions in late June 2019.
The competitions are held in order to improve professional skills and the level of training of the maintenance staff of subsidiaries of PJSC ROSSETI, to promote the best practices and to enhance the prestige of working professions.
The teams will have to pass tests that are based on the elements of the daily activities of power engineers to ensure reliable and uninterrupted operation of power grids.
Also, within the framework of the official events of the All-Russian competitions, an open corporate championship of professional skills of PJSC ROSSETI “Young Professionals” will be organized according to the WorldSkills method and the federal stage of the All-Russian contest of professional skills “Best in Profession”.
In addition, participants of the event are waiting for thematic exhibitions of electrical equipment, tools and protective equipment (with the involvement of manufacturers), round tables on labour protection and industrial safety.
The award ceremony will take place on 26 July 2019.
