On 20 June, General Director of Rosseti Centre - the managing organization of Rosseti Centre and Volga Region Igor Makovskiy worked in Kaliningrad.
In Rosseti Yantar, where Igor Makovskiy heads the board of directors, he held a number of production meetings. Their main topics were the summing up of the ending corporate year, the discussion of the results of an unscheduled inspection of the Company by Rostechnadzor and the implementation of the program for reconstruction and development of electrical grids of the Kaliningrad region until 2020.
During the events, it was noted that Rosseti Yantar last year achieved positive production and economic results, including in terms of reducing operating expenses, improving financial sustainability, investment attractiveness, and quality of services provided. Today, the company has all the necessary potential to successfully solve the tasks facing it in the foreseeable future, related to the further development and modernization of the power grid complex of the Kaliningrad region, ensuring reliable and high-quality power supply to consumers.
“Rosseti Yantar not only consistently strives for the fulfillment of key production and financial indicators. The company has achievements that put it on a par with the leaders of the domestic power grid complex. These are impressive successes in advancing the implementation of the concept of digital transformation, and leadership following the results of last year in the rating of PJSC ROSSETI in reducing losses in grids of low and medium voltage classes. The company stands firmly on its feet, confidently looks to the future and is ready to continue to serve as a guideline in building the modern high-tech “smart” electric power industry,” emphasized Igor Makovskiy.
Also, during the past events, the execution of decisions of the Board of Directors of the Company and protocol decisions of the previous production meeting of Rosseti Yantar was checked. In addition, they discussed the implementation of the program to bring the proper operational and sanitary-technical condition of the territories, buildings and structures of power facilities of the company and the grid connection of the preferential category of applicants up to 15 kW.
