Specialists of IDGC of Centre in 2018 received more than 930 thousand customer requests

IDGC of Centre summed up the results of work with customers in 2018.

During this period, the specialists of the unit of interaction with customers of the company received more than 930 thousand customer requests. More than 270 thousand requests were submitted personally, when visiting customer service offices, the rest were sent via the Internet and the contact centre of the company.

121,150 requests concerned grid connection services, 160,324 requests - provision of value-added services. The largest number of requests for value-added services relates to issues of repair/replacement/installation of metering devices (72,685 requests) and the service “Grid connection support” (13,149 requests).

The revenue of IDGC of Centre from value-added services amounted to 1,136 billion rubles, which is 17% higher than the planned figures.

In 2018, IDGC of Centre received more than 31 thousand reviews from customers about the quality of work and addressing issues related to energy supply.
