Power engineers of Orel and Bryansk branches of IDGC of Centre restored power supply to consumers as soon as possible

It took Orel and Bryansk power engineers of IDGC of Centre only 26 minutes to restore the power supply of consumers, interrupted as a result of fault on the 110 kV Bogoroditskaya-Aksinino overhead line. On 28 January, at 2:45 pm, specialists of IDGC of Centre - Orelenergo division recorded fault on the 110 kV Bogoroditskaya-Aksinino overhead line (Conductor) with unsuccessful automatic and manual repeated switching. As a result of the incident, electricity supply to consumers of Khotynetsky, Shablykinsky districts of the Orel region and Karachevsky district of the Bryansk region was limited.

3 crews and 5 specialized vehicles participated in the elimination of the technological violation. Snowmobiles and bulldozers were used to work in conditions of high snow cover.

At 3:11 pm, the power supply to consumers of Khotynetsky district was restored with backup circuits, and at 3:33 pm, the remaining consumers were provided with electricity in the required amount.
