Specialists of IDGC of Centre and IDGC of Centre and Volga Region took part in the International Forum of Young Power Engineers and Industrialists "Forsage-2018". The event was held from 29 July to 4 August in the Kaluga region in the format of a field camp. The main theme of the forum this year is "People. Technologies. Territory".
The International Forum of Young Power Engineers and Industrialists "Forsage" has been held since 2011. The main organizer in 2018 is the International Association for Corporate Education (MAKO) with the support of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Russian Federation and the Ministry of Energy of the Russian Federation.
More than 400 people representing the country’s 16 largest companies became the forum’s delegates. The delegation of PJSC "Rosseti" also took an active part in the event, including 20 power engineers of IDGC of Centre and IDGC of Centre and Volga Region. All of them are young specialists under the age of 35 years who are in the staff reserves and Councils for working with the youth of the Companies.
For 5 days the young energy specialists participated in the business game "Territorial code", the purpose of which is to present development projects of individual territories. Participants in small groups (7-8 people) analyzed certain territories of Russia in four aspects: economic, social, cultural and environmental, assessed global and local threats, and then offered their own solutions to the problems of the territories. All the projects proposed by the participants were scrupulously evaluated by experts and phased crash tests were conducted.
One of the participants of the "Forsage-2018" - the leading specialist of the quality management department of the branch "Kirovenergo" Maxim Koshelev - shared his impressions of the work on the project: "We proposed to open the so-called "vertical" farm for growing vegetables and herbs in the northern regions. We thought about how, using the peculiarities of the territories, to provide the region’s population with vegetables and greens at a lower price. In our team there were guys from different companies: Rosseti, Rostelecom, Sibur, RZD. That is, the proposals were formed at the intersection of sciences. And this is very valuable. At the end of the forum, the idea passed a test of strength. Experts, to whom we presented it, not only noted the realism of the project, but also offered a couple of ideas for its improvement."
Top-managers of the companies-organizers acted as experts of the forum. Including - Deputy General Director for HR Management and Organizational Design of IDGC of Centre Inna Gromova. At the end of the event, Inna Gromova shared her impressions of what she saw: "I want to thank the guys for the presented projects. It is important for me that I saw in them the focus on the environment, to make our life with you healthy and clean. I hope these projects will be heard in the regions. I sincerely wish the participants to develop their projects, and they will surely turn out something useful - both for you and for the country."
It should be noted that the best ideas proposed by the "forsage" members in the near future will be recommended for implementation.
