"This is my third business trip to Dagestan. During the first two trips, my colleagues and I conducted a technical audit of the regional grids: they assessed their condition and, based on this, planned events for participants of the exercises. Impressions about the republic are the most positive. Here there are responsive and hospitable people, we are very warmly greeted by colleagues and ordinary residents.

At present, our specialists are working out practical measures for reconstruction of electric grid facilities and creation of intelligent metering of electricity in Karabudakhkentsky district. For them, this is a good opportunity to improve their professional skills and establish cooperation with colleagues from other companies, in conditions of remoteness from the main locations. The first results of the work and the incoming responses already show how valuable and useful this experience is.

The work scope of our grouping’s work is the most problematic areas and facilities of the regional grid. Everyone in our friendly team feels all the importance of the tasks being solved: after all, the reliability and quality of electricity supply to tens of thousands of people depends on how well we cope with them."
