Young employees of IDGC of Centre and IDGC of Centre and Volga Region took part in the opening of the International Forum of Young Industrialists and Power Engineers "Forsage", which started in the Kaluga region on 29 July 2018.
The International Forum "Forsage" has been held for the eighth year already. The theme of the 2018 forum is "People. Technologies. Territory". More than 400 people representing the 16 largest companies of Russia, including PJSC Rosseti, are taking part in the event.
The launch of the educational program was an interactive session of the "Community of Russian Leaders". Guests of the event shared their thoughts on leadership, development of innovations, new challenges and opportunities that are being opened today for the young employees of the companies. In particular, the head of the Office of Public Projects of the Presidential Administration Sergey Novikov said: "The leaders of the new generation should be different, not like 10 years ago. Important is not the form, but the content. Corporations understand that the most valuable investment is human capital, and begin to invest in the development of their employees. "Forsage" is a striking example. The forum has become a platform that exists only thanks to the order of corporations and is realized without the participation of public funds. The companies understand: people need to be invested in! And the forum is an investment."
In addition to Sergey Novikov, Deputy Energy Minister Pavel Sorokin, an assistant to Minister of Economic Development of the Russian Federation Tatyana Dyakonova, a master of the game "What? Where? When?", a four-time winner of the prize "Crystal Owl", President of the federation of the sports bridge of Russia Maxim Potashev spoke to the participants of the "Forsage" on the opening day.
One of the participants of the delegation of IDGC of Centre and Volga Region, an engineer of the department for sale of services of the sector of analysis of losses of the branch "Ryazanenergo", Alexey Slezkin, noted: The forum "Forsage" is being held dynamically, interesting speakers have been selected. The relevant topics are touched upon, everyone can ask a question on the topic of interest and get an answer. The format of discussion and review is interesting."
Maria Romanova, the head of the public relations department of the branch "Smolenskenergo", agreed with him: "The program of the forum is so full of various events, meetings with interesting speakers, master classes on different topics, that there is no free minute. Within a week we will not only have to learn a lot and get acquainted with colleagues from different parts of the country, but also work out a project to develop the territories of our companies’ service area."
The forum "Forsage-2018" will last till 4 August. Within 5 working days the participants will have to pass a business game "Territorial code", the purpose of which is to present development projects for individual territories. Participants in small groups (7-8 people) should analyze a certain territory on 4 aspects: economic, social, cultural and environmental, and then assess global and local threats to identify gaps and propose solutions to the problem. The best ideas selected by experts will be recommended for implementation.
