Bryanskenergo and Nizhnovenergo - winners of the professional skills competitions of IDGC of Centre and IDGC of Centre and Volga Region

In the Republic of Mari El, professional skills competitions for repair and maintenance of 110 kV power lines of IDGC of Centre and IDGC of Centre and Volga Region ended.

For six days at the training centre of a branch of IDGC of Centre and Volga Region - "Marienergo" crews from 20 Russian regions demonstrated the skills necessary for efficient and safe operation of 110 kV overhead power lines. The range of tasks that were solved within the framework of the competitive assignments of the participating teams is extensive: from replacement of a defective insulator on a 110 kV overhead line to actions in emergency situations, such as elimination of a fire in the guard zone of a 110 kV overhead line or rescue of a person under voltage.

As a result of the passage of all competitive stages, the best result among the teams of IDGC of Centre was shown by specialists of Bryanskenergo, who took the first place. The second place went to the crew of Kostromaenergo. The team of Tambovenergo closed the top three.

As Alexander Pilyugin, First Deputy General Director - Chief Engineer of IDGC of Centre, the managing organization of IDGC of Centre and Volga Region, noted at the solemn closing ceremony of the competitions, the finished competitions were the next step towards consolidation of the best professional experience and development of a single effective approach to ensuring reliable electricity supply to consumers in 20 regions of central Russia and the Volga region.

Among the teams representing the energy system of the nine regions of responsibility of IDGC of Centre and Volga Region, the highest score was received by Nizhnovenergo. The second place went to Kirovenergo. The team of Marienergo took the third place.

Also, special nominations were rewarded to the crew of the branch "Udmurtenergo" of IDGC of Centre and Volga Region - as the best team of reanimators, the team of the branch "Kirovenergo" of IDGC of Centre and Volga Region was encouraged for better knowledge of the rules. Dmitry Kulishin from Voronezhenergo and Mikhail Anisimov from Kirovenergo were recognized as the best electricians. In the nomination "Best master" the winners are Dmitry Glushkov from Tambovenergo and Oleg Grebenik from Kirovenergo. The judging team of the fourth stage, consisting of Nikolay Kubrak, Anatoly Novozhilov and Alexander Lukichev, was recognized as the best referee team.

"All the teams demonstrated a good level of training," said Yury Ignatenko, the chief judge of the competitions, Deputy Chief Engineer - Head of the Department of Production Safety and Industrial Control at IDGC of Centre. "This indicates that our employees are highly qualified and are able to solve the tasks facing the grid industry in a timely and qualitative manner."

Please, be reminded that the winning teams will present the power systems of IDGC of Centre and IDGC of Centre and Volga Region at the All-Russian professional skills competitions of affiliated companies of PJSC Rosseti, the opening of which will take place at the end of July this year.
