Specialists of IDGC of Centre - Tambovenergo division completed the first stage of connection to the grid of a new micro-district in the southern part of the city of Tambov. The work was carried out within the framework of the program "Housing for the Russian Family". Its goal is to support certain categories of citizens who need to improve their housing conditions and increase the affordability of housing by reducing the average cost per square metre of housing.
In total, within the framework of the program in the south of Tambov, three houses were built for 446 apartments with a total living area of 25 thousand square metres. To ensure their power supply, Tambovenergo constructed more than 5 km of cable lines from 110/6 kV Substation No. 5 in Tambov to the customer 6/0.4 kV substation, from which the new houses are supplied with electricity. About 27.73 million rubles were allocated for these purposes. The second stage of connection to the branch’s grid will be implemented by the power company as the construction of several more residential properties in the new micro-district is completed.
This is not the only joint project implemented by the Tambov branch of IDGC of Centre and representatives of regional authorities in the framework of targeted housing programs. Tambovenergo takes an active part in providing the power grid infrastructure to several large micro-districts built in recent years in the north of Tambov, the most modern and dynamically developing part of the city. In particular, work is continuing on the grid connection of individual residential buildings in the new "Maysky" micro-district. It is under way in the framework of the Program of State Support for Large Families in the Russian Federation, involving the allocation of land plots on a free basis for individual housing construction and the maintenance of a personal part-time farm.
More than two and a half thousand people will live in the "Maysky". In addition to residential buildings, it is planned to build a kindergarten, a medical centre and other social infrastructure facilities. Since 2014, the district has formed about two thousand sites, more than 700 of them have already been distributed. At the moment, more than five hundred applications for grid connection have been submitted to the Tambov branch of IDGC of Centre by the program participants who have received the sites. According to 331 applications, the work has been completed in full, the rest are in different stages of execution. As part of the power supply for the new micro-district facilities, 23 pole-mounted transformer substations with a total capacity of 2.3 MVA were installed by the power engineers, 45 km of 10/0.4 kV overhead lines were constructed. 64.85 million rubles were allocated for these purposes.
In addition, the specialists of the enterprise carried out work on connection to the electric grid of multi-storey houses, social facilities and two kindergartens in the "Uyutny" micro-district, built in 2012-2017 in the framework of the state program "Providing affordable and comfortable housing for the Tambov region" for 2014-2020. The total connected capacity of the facilities was 12 MW.
The Belgorod branch of IDGC of Centre takes an active part in the implementation of the program for providing affordable and comfortable housing and communal services to residents of the Belgorod region for 2014-2020. In 2018, the power company will provide electricity for 1,129 individual housing sites, of which 214 are provided to large families. To do this, it will construct about 60 km of power lines and install 15 package transformer substations of 6-10/0.4 kV with a total capacity of 3.3 MW. About 200 million rubles will be allocated for these purposes.
The work will cover 12 micro-districts of housing construction, the largest amount, as in the previous year, will be in Belgorodsky district, where IDGC of Centre’s specialists will provide an opportunity to connect 530 private developers in the neighbourhoods of Streletskoye-73 and 83, Razumnoye-71 and 81, Pushkarnoye-78, Shishino-84, Maysky-80. In addition, electricity will be provided to a significant number of sites in the neighborhoods of Stroitel and Proleski (Starooskolsky urban district), Molodezhny (Gubkinsky district), Vostochny (the city of Belgorod).
The regional program for providing citizens with affordable and comfortable housing and public services has been implemented since 2005. During this time, Belgorodenergo provided power supply to more than 70,000 private developers, having constructed over 5,000 km of 0.4-10 kV power lines for this purpose, and commissioned more than 1,100 transformer substations.
The power engineers of the Belgorod branch of IDGC of Centre participate in the implementation of the regional program for the resettlement of citizens from the emergency housing stock and the long-term target program for the construction of housing for orphans, children left without parental care. Since the beginning of the year, within the framework of these programs, they have provided connection to the grid of four houses.
Taking part in the state housing programs of the regions of its service area, in a timely manner and fully implementing its obligations for the grid connection of new residential and social facilities, IDGC of Centre makes significant contribution to the solution of relevant social issues and promotes their stable development.
