Employees of IDGC of Centre and IDGC of Centre and Volga Region given departmental and corporate awards on the Birthday of Rosseti

Four employees of IDGC of Centre and IDGC of Centre and Volga Region were given departmental and corporate awards during the solemn meeting dedicated to the 5th anniversary of Rosseti Group of Companies held on 4 April at the State Kremlin Palace.

An operator of an aerial platform and an auto hydraulic lifter of the Gubkinsky section of the mechanization and transport service of IDGC of Centre - Belgorodenergo division, Alexander Deineko, was awarded the diploma of the Ministry of Energy of the Russian Federation for his great services in the development of the energy industry and long-term conscientious work. The award was given to the Belgorod region resident by Minister of Energy, Alexander Novak.

An electrician of a first responding mobile crew of substation maintenance group of IDGC of Centre - Lipetskenergo division, Oleg Ivanov, was awarded the Certificate of Honour of Rosseti. Letters of gratitude of "Rosseti" were awarded to an engineer of the production and technical service of the production unit "Southern Electric Grids" of the branch "Udmurtenergo" of IDGC of Centre and Volga Region, Irina Motoshkova, and an electrician of the Southern group of substations of the substation service of the branch "Tulenergo" of IDGC of Centre and Volga Region, Vyacheslav Morozov. All three received awards from the hands of Director General of Rosseti, Pavel Livinsky.

Alexander Deineko has been working in the power industry for more than a quarter of a century. He started in 1991 at Belgorodenergo as an electrician for repair of overhead power lines. In 2011, he was transferred to the post of an operator of an aerial platform of the mechanization and transport service of the branch. He is an operator of the highest qualification. He took part in a number of large and significant projects for the region. These include the reconstruction of grids along the Korocha-Gubkin-Gorshechnoye and Stary Oskol-Novy Oskol motorways, the upgrading of 110 kV lines to improve the reliability of power supply to Lebedinsky GOK, consumers of Starooskolsky, Chernyansky and Novooskolsky districts of the Belgorod region. Alexander Deineko repeatedly participated in the elimination of violations of electricity supply to consumers caused by adverse weather conditions. Currently, he leads active mentoring work, transferring his experience and knowledge to the younger generation of power engineers. The work of Alexander Deineko has been marked by corporate awards, as well as awards by the leadership of the Belgorod region.

Oleg Ivanov’s experience in the energy industry is more than 40 years. All his work is connected with Eletsky Distribution Zone, where he started in 1977 as an electrician. Oleg Ivanov thoroughly knows equipment and distribution networks of the district, repeatedly made proposals for their improvement. More than once he took part in the restoration of electricity supply to consumers of Elets and Eletsky district. Accurate fulfillment of his duties helped to carry out complex emergency and restoration operations as quick as possible for such situations. Oleg Ivanov is actively involved in raising professional skills of crew members and young professionals. For the special contribution to the work of the power grid complex and long-term conscientious work in 2004 he was awarded the Honorary title "Veteran of OJSC "Lipetskenergo".

Vyacheslav Morozov has been working in the industry for 25 years, was awarded several departmental and industry awards. With his active participation in 2017, a large-scale reconstruction of the 110 kV "Dawn" substation of Tulsky Distribution Zone was carried out. Vyacheslav Morozov also participated in emergency and restoration operations to eliminate consequences of unfavorable weather conditions. In January last year, thanks, among other things, to his professional actions, in the shortest possible time the malfunctions in the operation of power equipment were eliminated and the power supply of consumers and socially significant facilities of the city of Tula was restored.

Irina Motoshkova began her labour activity in the power industry in 1990. Her duties include preparation of documents for construction, reconstruction and technical re-equipment of substations, power lines, buildings and structures. In 2016-2017 Irina Motoshkova participated in implementation of a number of significant investment projects, in particular - was preparing documentation for the commissioning of the large 110/10 kV substations "Azino", "Sarapul", "Votkinsk", "Karsovay". A large-scale technical re-equipment was carried out at these facilities, which significantly improved the quality and reliability of power supply to consumers in the Udmurt Republic. For many years of conscientious work Irina Motoshkova was repeatedly encouraged with awards of various levels.
