IDGC of Centre, PJSC closed the bookbuilding for exchange-traded bonds of BO-06 series

3 April 2018, IDGC of Centre, PJSC closed the bookbuilding for exchange-traded bonds of BO-06 series with a total nominal value of 5 billion rubles. The bookbuilding took place from 11:00 a.m. to 04:00 p.m. (Moscow time).

The circulation period of the issue is 10 years, the issue has an offer in 3 years from the placement date. In the process of bookbuilding, the final target of the coupon rate was set at 6.95% per annum on IDGC of Centre’s BO-06 series bonds (the initial benchmark for the coupon was 7.15-7.3% per annum). The placement date is 10 April 2018. The organizers of the issue of the exchange-traded bonds were Gazprombank, VTB Capital, Sberbank CIB, Sovkombank.
