An employee of the Tambov branch of IDGC of Centre was awarded by the Ministry of Energy of Russia

The chief of Zherdevsky Distribution Zone of IDGC of Centre - Tambovenergo division Mikhail Bobrov was awarded with the Certificate of Honour of the Ministry of Energy of Russia. The departmental award was given to the power engineer for merits in the development of the fuel and energy complex.

Mikhail Bobrov has been working in the energy industry for about 40 years. He began his labour activity at the enterprise in the post of an electrician of Zherdevsky Distribution Zone of the district energy administration "Tambovenergo". He passed here all the steps of professional skills: he worked as a master, a senior master, later as chief engineer. In 2008 he headed Zherdevsky Distribution Zone.

He proved to be a true professional in his field, a competent leader, who knows and understands the problems and needs of his subordinates. Respectful attitude to colleagues allowed Mikhail Bobrov to gain confidence in the team, to become an example for young professionals. In February 2018, he celebrated his 60th birthday.
