IDGC of Centre summed up the results of work on connection of customers to electric grids for 2017. In the reporting period the company executed 42.3 thousand of grid connection agreements, the total connected capacity under the executed contracts was 865.8 MW.
The annual plan for the receipt of funds for the provision of grid connection services was exceeded: 1.591 billion rubles were received with the plan of 1.271 billion rubles. This result was achieved due to the introduction by IDGC of Centre of system changes into the procedure for developing and issuing offers of grid connection contracts that, in particular, allow choosing the optimal scheme for connecting power installations of applicants and assuming verification of the cost of services and the correctness of execution of contract terms.
Last year, IDGC of Centre connected a number of enterprises and production sites that are important for the social and economic development of its service area’s regions (11 entities of the Central Federal District) to the electricity grid. Among them there is a poultry processing plant of LLC "White Bird - Belgorod", a seed plant of OJSC PMK "Soyuzpartfyumprom", a plant for production and processing of meat of the holding "PromAgro" (one of the largest producers of pork in the Black Earth Region and suppliers of meat on the Russian market) and a greenhouse "Ermak" with an area of 40,000 m2 (planned annual production volumes - about 6 million of flowers, up to 120 tons of vegetables and 10 tons of berries) in the Belgorod region; a facility of preparation and storage of seed stock with productivity up to 20 thousand tons per year of LLC "Seed Global Technologies" and a poultry farm for growing turkey with the capacity of 50,000 heads per year of LLC "Krivets-ptitsa" in the Lipetsk region; a meat processing plant of LLC "Filye Properties" with a capacity of about 70 thousand tons of meat per year (a subsidiary of the company "Auchan") and facilities of OJSC "Poultry Farm "Ilovaiskaya" and Agroholding "Terra de Luxe" in the Tambov region; a mushroom growing facility of LLC "Mushroom Rainbow" with a design capacity of up to 12 thousand tons per year and a pig farm "Mashkinsky" (included in GC "AgroPromkomplektatsiya") in the Kursk region; an assembly workshop of payload modules for domestic communications satellites of OJSC "Yaroslavl Radio Factory" (part of RTI Defense Concern) in the Yaroslavl region; the Centre for Space Communication "Dubna" in the Tver region. A number of large housing construction, social and communal infrastructure facilities were also connected to the grids.
In addition, during this period the company completed a large-scale project to create power grid infrastructure for the largest enterprises in the Central Federal District for growing and processing poultry meat, created on the site of LLC "Tambovskaya Turkey" and OJSC "Tokarevskaya Poultry Plant". The work was carried out within the framework of the concession agreement signed in 2015 between IDGC of Centre and the administration of the Tambov region, which became the first example of public-private partnership in the power grid complex. To supply the Tambov Turkey facility with a production capacity of 50 thousand tons of turkey meat a year, 180 km of 6-10 kV power lines and 19 10/0.4 kV transformer substations with a total capacity of 33.7 MVA were constructed. To ensure the delivery of power to the Tokarevskaya Poultry Plant with a capacity of 150 thousand tons of poultry meat the 110/10 kV substation "Factory" was constructed and put into operation in 2016.
Fulfilling its obligations on timely and full-scale connection to the grids of large industrial, residential and social facilities, small and medium-sized businesses, IDGC of Centre facilitates the creation of new jobs in the regions of the Central Federal District, the implementation of an effective housing policy, thus making a significant contribution to ensuring their social and economic stability.
