IDGC of Centre in the past year reduced by 2 billion rubles accounts receivable for electricity transmission services

IDGC of Centre summed up the work to reduce accounts receivable for electricity transmission services for 2017. During this period, the company managed to reduce the total amount of debt by 2.0 billion rubles. The amount of debt of electricity suppliers of last resort was reduced by 1.2 billion rubles, and of energy sales companies - by 174 million rubles. The debt of territorial grid companies decreased by 63 million rubles, and receivables from consumers with "direct" contracts totalled 516 million rubles.

As of 1 January 2018, the total amount of receivables from counterparties to IDGC of Centre for electricity transmission services was 20.3 billion rubles, including 14.1 billion rubles - overdue debts, including 12.5 billion rubles - overdue debt of suppliers of last resort.

IDGC of Centre implements a set of measures for the repayment of debts, both in cooperation with the regions’ management, using the potential of commissions for monitoring of settlements with enterprises of the electric power industry created at the initiative of PJSC Rosseti and in the context of claims and lawsuits. The company intends to continue to work consistently to recover accounts receivable, using for this purpose all the opportunities provided by the current legislation. At the same time, it remains open for a constructive dialogue with regard to working out effective mechanisms for its repayment, taking into account the current macroeconomic situation, and in some cases also the actual financial capabilities of its counterparties.
