IDGC of Centre summed up the results of the professional training of personnel in 2017. New knowledge and skills in the framework of various forms of education in specialized educational institutions were received by 14,802 employees of the enterprise, 13,594 of them - representatives of production specialties.
103 employees received higher and secondary vocational education. 10,322 employees were trained and retrained, 4,377 were trained in advanced training courses.
The concept of professional training of IDGC of Centre’s staff assumes continuous training of all categories of specialists. The result of this approach is, in particular, the growth in the number of employees with higher education. Currently, the company employs more than twelve thousand specialists with higher education, which is 40% of the number of staff. More than a thousand employees have two or more diplomas on graduation, forty are candidates of science, two are doctors of science.
