Emergency recovery work is continuing in the power grid complex of the Bryansk region

Specialists of IDGC of Centre - Bryanskenergo division continue to restore power supply to consumers in the Bryansk region, which was disrupted as a result of bad weather. According to the Grid Control Centre of the branch, to date, power engineers have managed to restore electricity supply to about half of de-energized consumers.

The power engineers are using reserve power supply sources to power socially significant facilities. The work will be conducted until the complete restoration of the electricity supply to all consumers. If necessary, the number of forces involved will be increased.

Please, be reminded that today, as a result of the passage of the cyclone through the territory of the Bryansk region with precipitation in the form of wet snow, partial power outages occurred in several districts of the Bryansk region. To eliminate the consequences of bad weather, 93 emergency recovery crews and 123 vehicles of the branch were involved.

At the present time, the temperature in the region is getting colder, the temperature has dropped to minus 6 degrees, there is ice formation on wires of power lines. In this connection, the power engineers warn about possible local disruptions in power supply through the distribution network. The Grid Control Centre of the branch constantly monitors the situation in the region.
