High alert mode was introduced in the Tambov branch of IDGC of Centre

According to the information of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of Russia, in the near future in the territory of the Tambov region unfavourable weather conditions are predicted: precipitation and sticking of wet snow on wires and trees. Due to the weather deterioration, a high availability mode has been introduced at IDGC of Centre - Tambovenergo division.

A special control over the operation of power facilities has been established. An information exchange has been organized with the territorial subdivision of the Ministry of Emergency Measures and executive authorities. Operating and repair personnel have been mobilized. On duty there are 28 first responding crews in the number of 56 people and 28 specialized vehicles.

In case of major technological violations, a total of 82 Tambovenergo’s crews (445 people) and 183 vehicles can be brought to their elimination, as well as resources of contractors. Reserve power supply to socially important consumers, if necessary, can be provided by generator sets with a total capacity of 580 kW.

Please, be reminded that in the afternoon of 4 February, the high alert mode was introduced in the Kostroma, Tver and Yaroslavl branches of IDGC of Centre.
