Hotline of power engineering specialists:
Specialists of IDGC of Centre - Kurskenergo division took part in the "Job Fair - 2017", organized by "Zheleznogorsk Mining and Metallurgical College" to promote employment of students and assist potential employers in the search for qualified personnel. The event was attended by more than 200 graduate students studying in 14 different specialties. Representatives of 23 enterprises and higher educational establishments of the Kursk region spoke to them.
Kurskenergo’s specialists told the students about the personnel policy of the branch, social support and opportunities for professional growth of young people at the enterprise. The chief of Zheleznogorsky Distribution Zone Mikhail Gladkikh acquainted them with the main directions of the development of the power grid complex of the region, with the structure of Kurskenergo and vacancies available at the enterprise. At the end of the meeting, representatives of the branch interviewed 19 students who applied for possible employment.
"The Kursk branch of IDGC of Centre actively cooperates with specialized educational institutions of the Kursk region: for students there are thematic round tables, open doors days and days of a young specialist. Annually the enterprise employs more than 50 talented students of profession-oriented specialties," stressed Lyudmila Mokrousova, the head of the HR department at Kurskenergo.
