For nine months IDGC of Centre executed about 63.5 thousand contracts for rendering value-added services to consumers

IDGC of Centre summed up the results of implementation of value-added services for nine months of 2017. During the reporting period, 62,218 contracts were concluded with customers, 63,435 contracts were executed.

At the same time, IDGC of Centre managed to exceed its business plans by 15% in terms of revenues from the sale of value-added services. The actual revenue level was 722 million rubles with the plan of 627 million rubles.

The range of value-added services provided by IDGC of Centre is expanding. Today the company offers its customers nine types of value-added services: execution of work related to the client’s competence in the grid connection process ("Grid connection support"); installation and replacement of metering devices; setup of street lighting systems; operational and technical maintenance and repair of electrical grids and electrical equipment; reorganization of power grid facilities; testing and diagnostics of equipment; energy audit and energy services; design and construction of energy facilities.

The service "Grid connection support" is one of the most popular services of the company. At its order the client receives "turnkey" the whole range of works - from documentary registration to the actual connection of a facility to the power grid, while saving time and money. In 2015, IDGC of Centre launched a project to develop this service, the branches "Voronezhenergo" and "Kurskenergo" were selected for its pilot implementation. As the first results showed, the service is very much in demand by consumers. Taking into consideration the positive practice, IDGC of Centre decided to develop the project in other regions of the company’s service area. In 2016, the Lipetsk and Belgorod branches of IDGC of Centre were connected to its implementation. Since 2017, measures to develop and promote this service have been taken in all branches of IDGC of Centre. The number of contracts for the service provision "Grid connection support" for nine months amounted to 8,050, the share of proceeds from it in the total indicator was about 17% (126 million rubles).

IDGC of Centre constantly improves the quality of services. The company uses modern technologies and communication channels to make the process of interaction with customers as comfortable as possible. Customer interaction offices of IDGC of Centre’s branches conduct seminars and round tables for individuals and legal entities, field presentations and round tables on connection to grids, etc. They help improve the quality of value-added services and special technical measures. Among the most effective in their line is supply by the branches of metering devices, which made it possible to significantly shorten the time for performing the work in the direction of providing value-added services, as well as automation of contractual work, which resulted in an almost twofold decrease in the contract processing time.
