IDGC of Centre continues implementation of the investment program of 2017. The document provides, in particular, the modernization of a number of large feeding centres, which are significant for the socio-economic development of regions of the company’s service area (11 subjects of the Central Federal District).
Among them there are Belgorod substations (SS) of 35-110 kV "Pushkarnaya", "Malinovka" and "Belyanka". "Pushkarnaya" provides electricity to consumers of the city of Stary Oskol, "Malinovka" is a key feeding centre for settlements of Rakityansky district of the Belgorod region, as well as enterprises of the large agro-industrial holding "BEZRK Belgrankorm". Reconstruction of the substation "Belyanka" is being carried out to improve the reliability of electricity supply to settlements of Shebekinsky district and a poultry plant located there, as well as to eliminate the power shortage after the planned connection this year to the grid of a poultry site and an incubation shop of another large agricultural enterprise of the Belgorod region - LLC "Belyanka". The work has already been completed at all three sites. The "Pushkarnaya" substation, in particular, has new equipment and technological systems installed, with modern remote control, which allows monitoring operation of the facility online. The capacity of the "Belyanka" substation increased from 6.5 to 8 MVA after the reconstruction.
At present, Belgorod power engineers are completing comprehensive reconstruction of the 110/10 kV "Sheino" substation, which provides reliable power supply to Korochansky district: settlements, a chalk plant, boiler houses, schools, water intake wells and new dairy farms of a large regional agricultural holding GC "Green Valley". The project provides for an increase in capacity and comprehensive upgrade of all electric grid equipment. Belgorodenergo’s project to increase the reliability of power supply to consumers of Shebekinsky and Belgorodsky districts, which provides for reconstruction and mutual reservation of the adjacent substations of 35-110 kV "Murom" and "New Tavolzhanka", is also at the final stage. Additional modernization of these and two other feeding centres - "Shebekino" and "Cheremoshnoye" - will provide reliable power supply for more than 34 thousand consumers of Shebekinsky district and facilities of large enterprises of the agro-industrial complex: AIH "BEZRK Belgrankorm", CJSC "White Bird", OJSC "Belgorod Bacon" and etc.
The most large-scale project for the Lipetsk branch of IDGC of Centre this year was the reconstruction of the 110 kV "Privokzalnaya" substation in the regional centre, which, in particular, supplies the Central City Clinical Hospital, the Zvezdny Sports Palace and the railway station. Work at the site is being completed.
In the Yaroslavl region IDGC of Centre’s power engineers are reconstructing the 110 kV substations "Lugovaya" and "Yartsevo". Consumers of "Lugovaya" are residents of the municipal district of the same name and enterprises located there, in particular the "Volzhanin" poultry farm, one of the largest chicken egg producers in Central Russia. Work at the power facility will be completed this year. The substation "Yartsevo" located in Yaroslavl is a transit substation with the Kostroma energy system and provides electricity to residential micro-districts, the Yaroslavl Shipyard and sewage treatment plants of the city water utility, which are of paramount importance for the life support of the regional centre. The reconstruction is to be completed in 2018.
Orelenergo completed the reconstruction of the 110/10 kV "Volodarskaya" substation in the third quarter, supplying electricity to settlements and enterprises of the agro-industrial complex in Orlovsky district and 10 kV indoor switchgear of the 220/110/10 kV substation "Mtsensk", the main consumers of which are the Orel-Kursk branch of the Moscow railway and a number of metalworking plants.
The investment program of Bryanskenergo in 2017 envisages the expansion of the 110 kV substations "Dyatkovskaya" and "Bezhitskaya". The work at "Dyatkovskaya", conducted to improve the reliability of electricity supply to consumers in Dyatkovsky district, is over. At the substation "Bezhitskaya", which supplies consumers of Bezhitsky district of Bryansk, the work is planned to be completed by the end of the year.
Specialists of the branch "Tverenergo" constructed about 12 km of overhead and 2 km of 10 kV cable lines for three quarters to ensure the energy consumption of the section of the M-11 Moscow-St. Petersburg high-speed federal highway passing through Bologovsky, Torzhoksky and Kalininsky districts of the Tver region. With the same purpose, 7 km of overhead lines were reconstructed. The power lines will connect power installations of the new road with power centres of Tverenergo.
In total, this year IDGC of Centre plans to put into operation more than 600 MVA of capacity and more than 3,000 kilometres of power lines. To implement the 2017 investment program, it is planned to spend 15.312 billion rubles. About 58% of the investments planned by the document will go for technical re-equipment and reconstruction, 42% - for new construction and expansion of power grid infrastructure.
