Immediately two representatives of IDGC of Centre - Kostromaenergo division became prize winners of the action "We glorify the man of Labour!", conducted by the Kostroma regional organization "All-Russian Electroprofsoyuz". An electrician for operation of distribution grids of Kostromsky Distribution Zone Valery Smirnov received the award in the nomination "Master of the Golden Hands". A master of a crew for operation of cable lines of City Distribution Zone Alexander Korovaykov was awarded in the nomination "For the profession dedication".
Valery Smirnov has been working at Kostromaenergo for 9 years. Professional knowledge and rich practical experience earned him well deserved respect among employees of the enterprise. In 2001 Valery was awarded with a letter of gratitude from the Ministry of Energy of the Russian Federation.
Alexander Korovaykov came to work at Kostromaenergo 26 years ago. Since 2010, he heads the crew for operation of cable lines of City Distribution Zone. His diligence, dedication to the profession shows an example for the younger generation. His professional achievements were awarded by RAO UES of Russia and the Ministry of Energy of the Russian Federation.
The action "We glorify the man of Labour!" has been held in the Kostroma region since 2010 and is dedicated to people who contribute to the development of the region with their professional achievements. The main criteria for nominating candidates for participation in the action are work experience, high motivation to improve their qualifications, active participation in public and trade union events, and the work specifics. Kostromaenergo’s employees have participated in the action for five years and invariably become its prize winners.
