3 August 2017

The management of IDGC of Centre made a decision to transfer additional forces and means to the Tver region, which suffered the day before from a powerful hurricane. Thus, 201 crews of power engineers will work in the Tver region.

Among them there are additional crews from other branches of IDGC of Centre and IDGC of Centre and Volga Region: Bryanskenergo, Tulenergo, Ryazanenergo, Lipetskenergo, Nizhnovenergo, Vladimirenergo, Kostromaenergo, Yarenergo, Kurskenergo, Kalugaenergo, which are involved in Distribution Zones with the largest number of outages. In addition, crews from MOESK and a branch of FGC UES - "Valdai PMES" are engaged in the elimination of power outages in the power grid complex of the Upper Volga.

The restoration of power supply in the Tver region is in close cooperation between the personnel of IDGC of Centre, the Ministry of Emergency Situations of Russia for the Tver region, as well as municipal authorities on the ground. All work is coordinated by the Headquarters of the power grid complex of PJSC "Rosseti".

The power engineers record a noticeable positive trend. This morning, the work of the main power lines and feeding centres with a capacity of 110 kV was restored, by the evening - five 35 kV overhead lines were operating as regularly.
