The head of the management company was sentenced for 2 years and 6 months for causing damage to the Kursk branch of IDGC of Centre, other resource-supplying organizations of the region

The Leninskiy District Court of the city of Kursk considered a criminal case on charges of the head of LLC "MC "UYUT" and found him guilty of committing crimes provided for under item "b" of Part 2 of Art. 165 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (causing property damage by fraud and abuse of confidence, without theft, in a particularly large amount).

The criminal case against him was initiated in 2015 at the request of IDGC of Centre – Kurskenergo division and other organizations of the Kursk region. The investigation and the court found that from January 2013 to August 2014 LLC "MC "UYUT", having contracts with resource-supplying organizations, collected money from residents of multi-apartment houses for the housing and communal services they consumed.

During this period, more than 7.5 million rubles were collected from the population, which were not received by the resource-supplying organizations, but were spent for other purposes. IDGC of Centre – Kurskenergo division, according to the court decision, incurred damage in the amount of 1,781,585.25 rubles.
