Customer Service Centre of the Kostroma branch of IDGC of Centre fulfilled the "anniversary" application for replacement of metering devices

The Customer Service Centre (CSC) of IDGC of Centre – Kostromaenergo division has received the three thousandth request for the value-added service "Installation/replacement of meters" starting from the beginning of 2017. The "anniversary" client was a resident of Kostromsky district Leonid Zhizhin, who applied to the CSC about a meter replacement in his house. Employees of the Centre congratulated him on this event, and the head of the department for interaction with customers of Kostromaenergo Alexander Klimov presented a memorable gift.

"It was a pleasant surprise for me that my application turned out to be "anniversary". I was provided with exhaustive information, they answered all my questions. I thank the employees of Kostromaenergo for their competence and friendliness," stressed Leonid Zhizhin.

The value-added service "Installation/replacement of meters" is the most popular among consumers of Kostromaenergo. It accounts for about 80% of the total number of applications.

The celebration of the anniversary visitors of the Kostromsky CSC became a good tradition for the branch. So, in the beginning of March, the specialists of the Centre congratulated the thousandth resident of the region who applied for the service "Installation/replacement of meters" - it was Alexey Smirnov from Kostroma. And at the end of May Anna Lebedeva from Ostrovsky district received congratulations - her application for the meter replacement, fulfilled by the power engineers, became the two thousandth.
