Voronezhenergo and Kirovenergo are winners of professional skills competitions of IDGC of Centre and IDGC of Centre and Volga Region

In the Voronezh region, professional skills competitions of crews for repair and maintenance of 0.4 kV distribution grids of IDGC of Centre and IDGC of Centre and Volga Region finished.

For six days, crews from 20 Russian regions demonstrated skills necessary for efficient and safe operation of 0.4 kV grids at the training centre of IDGC of Centre – Voronezhenergo division. The range of tasks that the participating teams had to solve within the framework of competitive challenges was extensive: from connection of new customers to actions in emergency situations, for example, in the event of elimination of starting fire of electrical equipment or rescuing a person with electric shock.

"All the teams demonstrated a good level of training," stressed Anton Gerasimov, the chief judge of the competitions, Deputy Chief Engineer for Operation of IDGC of Centre. "This indicates that our employees are highly qualified and are able to solve the tasks facing the power grid industry in a timely and qualitative manner."

As a result of the passage of all the competition stages, the best result among IDGC of Centre’s teams was shown by power engineers of Voronezhenergo who took the first place. The second place went to the crew of "Bryanskenergo". Lipetskenergo’s team closes the three leaders.

Among the teams representing the energy system of nine regions of the service area of IDGC of Centre and Volga Region, the highest score was received by the branch "Kirovenergo". The second place went to "Marienergo". The crew of Nizhnovenergo took the third place.

Also in special nominations, crews of Bryanskenergo and Marienergo were marked as the best teams of reanimators, Evgeny Nizhegorodov from Voronezhenergo and Alexander Tebenkov from Kirovenergo were encouraged for better knowledge of the rules. Sergey Losev from Bryanskenergo and Anton Zubarev from Udmurtenergo, whose experience in the industry exceeds 25 years, were awarded for professional dedication. The oldest participants of the competitions - Alexander Kolobaev from Yarenergo and Sergey Marin from Marienergo - were awarded diplomas for labour longevity, and young employees of Tambovenergo Georgy Khudyakov and Ivenergo Sergey Dulepov received diplomas "Energy Hope".

As First Deputy General Director - Chief Engineer of IDGC of Centre, Acting First Deputy General Director - Chief Engineer of IDGC of Centre and Volga Region Alexander Pilyugin noted at the closing ceremony of the competitions, the completed competitions were the next step towards consolidation of the best professional experience and development of a single effective approach to providing reliable power supply to consumers in 20 regions of Central Russia and the Volga Region.

Please, be reminded thst the winning teams will represent the energy systems of IDGC of Centre and IDGC of Centre and Volga Region at the All-Russian Professional Skills Competitions of daughter companies of PJSC "Rosseti" in July this year.
