IDGC of Centre’s employee became the winner of the regional stage of the All-Russian contest "Best manager of the structural subdivision" in the Kursk region

Chief accountant - head of the accounting and taxation office of IDGC of Centre – Kurskenergo division Natalia Mishina was one of the winners of the regional stage of the contest "Best manager of the structural subdivision – 2016". Natalia was recognized as the best in the nomination "Utilities". The honored award was presented to her by Governor of the Kursk region Alexander Mikhailov.

Natalia Mishina has been working in the industry for more than 10 years. She started as deputy head of the financial analysis and budgeting section of Kurskenergo. In 2013-2014, when the enterprise "picked up" the functions of the electricity supplier of last resort in the territory of the Kursk region, the staff of the accounting department headed by Natalia had to process a huge flow of information in a short time, consolidate it into a single report, taking into account all the features of the new activity.

In 2016, Natalia Mishina directed the preparation of the branch for a field tax audit for three years in terms of the timeliness and completeness of the calculation and payment of all taxes. Employees of the accounting department worked out about 18 requirements, which included more than 200 points, the inspectors were provided with more than 10,000 primary documents, explanations and analytical notes.

The result of the successful work of the team of the department headed by Natalia Mishina is the absence with Kurskenergo of debts to transfer taxes to budgets of all levels, as well as extra-budgetary funds. All taxes are paid in full in the time frame established by law. The company received positive audit reports in terms of the correct reporting under RAS and IFRS standards.

Natalia Mishina was repeatedly awarded with certificates of honour of the enterprise, PJSC "Rosseti". In 2015, she was entered on the Kurskenergo Honour Board.

The contest "Best manager of the structural subdivision" is held annually on the initiative of the Free Economic Society of Russia and the International Management Academy (IAM) with the support of the Federation Council of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation. Its main goal is to identify the most successful managers of subdivisions of organizations and enterprises, improve the management of the economic complex. The first stage of the contest is held in the regions, its winners become participants of the final, All-Russian stage.
