At the level of PJSC "Rosseti" there is serious concern expressed about the situation in the relationship between IDGC of Centre - Lipetskenergo division and OJSC "LESK". Over the years, the debt of the energy sales company to the energy sector of the Lipetsk region is accumulating.
The overdue debt of OJSC "LESK" for services provided by IDGC of Centre for electricity transmission as of 01.04.2017 amounted to 1,591.5 million rubles. Of which only 466.1 million rubles are challenged by the supplier of last resort in acts on the provision of electricity transmission services provided by IDGC of Centre. 195.5 million rubles, out of the total amount of the contested debt, were formed due to the unilateral refusal of OJSC "LESK" to perform the functions of the supplier of last resort in respect of consumers who are non-payers belonging to the group of "non-switched" consumers of socially significant facilities. The remaining part of the contested debt, namely, 270.6 million rubles, were arisen because of disagreements in determining the volume of electricity supplied to consumers.
The debt in the amount of 1.12 billion rubles, issued by IDGC of Centre for certificates on the provision of electricity transmission services, is not contested by OJSC "LESK".
IDGC of Centre collects debts in court, in 2016, in favour of IDGC of Centre decisions were made in the amount exceeding 600 million rubles.
